Possible Issues

Browser compatibility
The Active X control works only with the Microsoft® Internet Explorer since version 4.0. Some functions even needs the Internet Explorer version 5.5.
Loading time
Perhaps, the Active X control have not been loaded yet. It hase a file size of 1,0 MB and needs (under optimal conditions) at least the following loading times:
- Modem: 2 min 50 sec
- ISDN: 2 min 10 sec
- DSL 768: 11 sec
- DSL 1500: 6 sec
The security settings of the Internet Explorer block the display.
- 1st solution: Open the following MSI file which the Active X control have installed on your computer: kkHTMLEditor-nur-control.msi
  Reload this page again (press F5).
- 2nd solution:The download of unsigned control elementshave to been admited.
  Click through Menu extras » internet options » security » convert level to the equal dialog.
